Before addressing the professional aspect, I must say that Dr. Balkon is one of the most attentive people I've met, understanding and accommodating to patients, knowing how to respond at any time to any question or concern a patient may have.
Of course, on the professional side, there's no doubt I felt secure, especially before the surgery. The explanation of all the tests and the attention to detail with the patient gives a sense of confidence, and I'm very grateful for that. Thanks to him, I regained my sight.
I sincerely thank Dr. Balkin and the entire supporting staff. It's not to be taken for granted.
