''Words of farewell and conclusion
For most of us, the words "dentist"
mean: postponement and pain.
This was also my situation for many years.
As a result - something disappeared from my face
that became a collector's item -
smiles.
Then, I arrived at the spaceship.
A clinic if you insist.
A receptionist - smiling
who offered hot or cold drinks,
during the wait, which wasn't long.
And then emerged from the private room
my personal and temporary angel - Dr. Yuli Goldman
A big man, with knowledge from here to eternity
with a lot of patience, and a desire to give maximum help
equipped with tons of information that will allow the right and appropriate choice.
Explained, showed, and demonstrated every option he talked about.
Explained the roles of all the devices
and told about the resume of each of the experts,
Dr. Dagan - the man and the tattoos
the one who will do my bone grafts and sinus lifts
who will explain at length and in detail - for 20 minutes, what he is about to do.
Exactly what I will feel, what are the possible dangers and complications
We agreed together on signals if I feel pain during the procedure.
Dr. Talishevsky - the one who made the looooooooong root canal treatments bearable
thanks to the background music of songs (we chose in advance)
He also made sure to update how much time is left
and when there's no point in treatments, and simply extract instead of saving.
And Dr. Victoria - who did the unbelievable,
in an hour, and four rounds of illumination,
my yellow teeth became white.
And Boris the technician who came especially at night
for deliberations and decisions,
and these were not easy.
A year and a half of weekly treatments,
structures, dental implants, whitening, veneers,
and all with digital imaging and design that made the aesthetic treatments
into a perfect smile.
So after years of not smiling
today I can't stop.
I receive compliments on the appearance and naturalness.
I am mainly grateful.
To the entire clinic staff who always smiled and encouraged
who said a kind word,
and also knew to wait with the appropriate pill
to alleviate the pain.
Who moved mountains and hills and made the appointments flexible.
Thank you to the man who conducted all the work.
The one who treated me personally throughout the journey.
Who answered me at any hour,
to every SMS, every question, and every anxiety.
Who taught me that things can be different,
that things have progressed and changed for the better.
Who was attentive to every request.
Who shared every deliberation with me,
with patience and tolerance.
Until the astonishing result.
Thank you, it's just 4 small letters.
For me, personally, they are
E-N-O-R-M-O-U-S.
Yuli - with great emotion.
I simply say to you, again,
and a million times a day, and with every smile -
Thank you.
