My Ron (3.9) broke his nose while playing in the garden. We were advised at the hospital to repair it within 10 days of the break. We searched for a specialist who could see us immediately and help. We found Dr. Golan, who accommodated us in between appointments. He was exceptionally sensitive and kind to the child, and after the visit, he recommended surgery. Dr. Golan stayed in touch and greatly assisted with technical details, insurance issues, and even arranged an immediate slot in the operating room, considering the child's young age and impatience with fasting. After the surgery, he maintained telephone contact. When mischievous Ron removed the cast while sleeping, Dr. Golan was professional, available, and attentive even at 3 AM. We greatly appreciate everything he did for Ron and strongly recommend him to any parent needing an ENT specialist. It's not to be taken for granted. Thank you!More
